Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Havolith website at havolith.com, our software, loader, documentation, customer panel, and related services (together, the "Services"), provided by Havolith ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a license, downloading or using our software, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. The Services

Havolith provides a Rust-oriented utility / macro software product and related tools as described on our website at the time of purchase. Features, compatibility, and system requirements may change when the game or platform updates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice when practical.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party platform or game (e.g. Steam, Facepunch Studios' rules for Rust). We do not authorise use where prohibited.

3. License

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software associated with your valid license key for your personal use, in object code form, as intended by Havolith. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, merge, or create derivative works of the software except as allowed by mandatory law;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key;
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or to circumvent license or security controls;
  • Share your license with others or use one license on more simultaneous installations than your plan allows.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Havolith and its licensors retain ownership of the Services and all intellectual property rights.

4. License keys and accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and any account credentials. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or reset keys if we detect abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

5. Payments

Prices, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms apply to the payment step. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the agreed amount for your purchase.

6. Refunds

Digital goods and license keys are typically non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we explicitly offer a refund in writing (e.g. a stated money-back window on our site). If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our published policy or applicable law, contact us at [email protected]. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your license.

Compatibility. If the product you purchased does not work on your system after you have followed our setup guidance, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after a good-faith troubleshooting effort, we may offer a full refund or, at our discretion, an exchange for a different eligible product of equivalent or lower value (or you may pay any price difference where applicable). You must contact support through the same official channels before requesting a chargeback or payment dispute.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law;
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others, or use the Services to support illegal activity;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data;
  • Resell, bundle, or advertise Havolith licenses in misleading ways;
  • Use automated means to scrape our site or abuse support channels.

We may investigate violations and take action including warnings, key revocation, or permanent bans.

8. Updates and availability

We aim to keep the software compatible with supported environments and to provide updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime, game patches, or anti-cheat changes may affect functionality; we will use reasonable efforts to maintain the product as advertised on our site.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAVOLITH AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Havolith and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms or if we must cease offering the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3, 9-11, and 14-16) will survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires separate consent. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's laws, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you rights that cannot be waived. You and we agree to first try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us through official channels. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts or forums competent under applicable law, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. General

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Havolith regarding the Services.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
